AZEK Columns

     At Hardie Boys we pride ourselves in providing our customers with products which will endure the conditions and elements of the sub-tropical South Florida climate.  It was with this in mind that we developed our line of custom AZEK cellular PVC Columns. 

     AZEK trimboards are the logical alternative to wood for your exterior trim needs.  AZEK's durability is one of it's most attractive qualities.  It is impervious to water and insects, will not split or check like wood, it comes with a 25 year warranty and it still has the workablility of wood.  It is this durability combined with superior workability that makes it the ideal material for fabricating exterior columns. 

     However, the durability of the material means nothing if the construction of the column does not meet superior standards of durability as well.  We have the experience and superior machinery required to construct columns that match the longevity that Azek brings to the table.  All of our columns are built with either lock mitre or tongue and groove joints depending on column design.  These joints provide strength that cannot be matched by your typical 45 degree joint that is ripped on a table saw.  The glue used in the assembly essentially melts the two pieces of Azek together when the appropriate clamp pressure is distributed over the entire length of the joint.
